Jessica Tabish

Jessica Tabish began her banking career with First Interstate Bank in 2022 as a Personal Banker, following two decades of experience in customer experience management and marketing. Today, as a Treasury Solutions Officer, she partners with businesses to deliver innovative products and services that enhance cash management, streamline operations, and maximize funds for investment.

Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Mary’s College of California and brings lifelong expertise in customer service and community engagement. Her ability to build strong relationships and deliver tailored financial solutions makes her a trusted resource for businesses seeking efficiency and growth. A graduate of Leadership Flathead, Jessica also serves as Treasurer for Discovery Developmental Center, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to creating inclusive learning environments for children.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys lakeside camping adventures with her husband and two children, hosting friends for home-cooked meals, and relaxing with a great book.
