Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) Gatekeeper Training: |
This training teaches 3 simple steps that anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. Just as people trained in CPR help save thousands of lives each year, people trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help. QPR can be learned in as little as one hour, and courses can be tailored for the needs of specific audiences. Go here for more information about QPR, or contact us to schedule a free training for your group or organization.

Talk Saves Lives: |
Talk Saves Lives was created by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and is a 60-minute education program that provides participants with a clear understanding of suicide, including the most up-to-date research on suicide prevention, and what you can do in your community to save lives. Participants will learn common risk factors and warning signs associated with suicide, and how to keep themselves and others safe. In addition to the standard presentation, there are specific Talk Saves Lives modules focused on senior and LGBTQ+ populations.
