Mental Health Care Coordinator
The Mental Health Care Coordinator for the People in Need of Services (PINS) program will oversee and coordinate services designed to support individuals with unmet mental health needs, ensuring timely access to critical mental health services and interventions. This role involves collaboration with mental health professionals, community organizations, and stakeholders to improve the accessibility to and effectiveness of mental health and intervention services with the greater goal of reducing suicide and promoting mental well-being. The Care Coordinator will manage program operations and client referrals and ensure that services meet both quality standards and the needs of individuals experiencing mental unrest.
