Are you concerned about loved ones who might be struggling with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts during the COVID-19 outbreak and beyond?
In partnership with the Flathead City-County Health Department and Tamarack Grief Resource Center, the team at the Nate Chute Foundation will deliver this 90-minute "Question, Persuade, Refer" Gatekeeper training. As a QPR Gatekeeper, you will be able to:
- Understand risk factors and warning signs of suicide
- Gain confidence in asking about suicidal thoughts and intentions
- Have a list of local and national resources to refer to for help.
A digital copy of the QPR Gatekeeper training booklet "Ask a Question, Save a Life" will be provided to you.
